The Community Insurance for residential and/or office buildings, guarantees financial compensation, in the event of a claim, covered by the coverage of the Policy, to safeguard the assets of the community.

As a notable aspect in Community Insurance, the owners of the homes and/or offices that make up the Community are considered third parties among themselves to cover Civil Liability derived from damage caused by water from the distribution and evacuation pipes of the building.

It must be remembered that to complement the coverage required by our home, Community insurance covers the entire building as a “continent”. However, the assets of non-community contents, as well as the building improvements incorporated exclusively by the owners in their homes, must be insured by the “combined home” policies that each owner decides to contract. Likewise, private and family civil liability is excluded from the benefits of the community policy.
